A 3D Sensation

Before we get to choose 3D format instead of choosing what movie to watch before stepping in to the theater, there was a time when the ripple of silver screen still looking peaceful, 3D invasion has brought us plenty of wars.


When we keep talking about 2D, 2D term is widely used to differentiate and make clear the stand between 3D and 2D. That means actually Digital 2D brings out another definition:

Digital 2D gives you the clearest possible image quality on-screen, with absolutely no visible "tearing" or "artifacts". 

For me, I redefined it as H-D. 

Actually, Normal is the word you want to find for the original format of movie. 

Frankly speaking, I strongly believe 3D will not replace 2D. If it does, you will see "Only in 3D" instead of "Only in theater" or "Also available in 2D" instead of "Also available in 3D". That will be a tragic. A big one. You know we always have a choice. 

Let's go deeper into the dimension. If your eyes are smart enough, then you won't be expecting 3D anymore because your eyes won't fool by 3D. For your information, it happens to people but I won't say that it's a bad thing. What happens to me is, been in a long 3D movie ride, the 3D effect seems not be so obvious anymore. I got immunised to 3D. So sometimes I might just want to focus hard on it, perhaps to the particular object that I wish it is in 3D. Too much of the superpower, huh? 

3D effect enhances one's vision experience, together with my new theory HD BEFORE 3D, you will feel that 3D is not entirely bad (harm our eyes and expensive pricing)

Of course I have some evidences to prove it right. This theory comes when I am watching 3D movies with my specs and 3D glasses on at the same time. 

First, there was 3 sets of movie format can be found:

1) Normal type only
2) Normal type + Digital 2D
3) Normal type + Digital 3D

We can see that if there's no co-existence of 2D and 3D. 

The film has to be modified to a clearer version before it goes 3D. 3D can be performed well after it is in a clearer version so you won't see a 3D-based movie with Digital 2D around. This proved that Digital 2D is included in 3D. 

Somehow, most standards of 3D-based movies had gone down low due to the over-accentuation to the adaption of visual effect but not the plot. It's like "You won't get the same experience in 3D and 2D", emphasizing the best of 3D. 

PS: My advice is choose to watch in this order: 2D> Normal. Still, 3D is still optional.

Honestly, I prefer 3D for blockbusters. Let's just get the taste of it, don't get so obsess with 3D.

Dark Side Of The Moon

This 3D event taught me to be patient, while beholding the power behind the fast-selling secret begins since the release date, that makes premiere stands out for an obvious reason.

One day, I found myself bonded to this "Within 2 Weeks" idea, for blockbuster movies, try not to exceed the watching period.

TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON has every reasons to become a must-watch but to me, it's less anticipation. 

This is the final Cyber war on Earth for Micheal Bay, but sequels are coming soon. By keeping it his trilogy, he has bring all elements together to match with the term Ultimate. Unfortunately, a brilliant fan has pointed out the "recycle" idea from one of the director's productions The Island back in 2005. 

This director-behind-all-scenes has failed once again. Perhaps the magnificent transforming ideas of robots were mostly contributed by him with the corporation of CGI and animation designers, that worth my respects on him. 

This 2-hour based film was quite wasted for the "space" it has. Filling in the humour that triggers my hatred instead, the relations between people are blocked by this shit. It starts in the first movie and got exaggerated by its growing ego, Revenge Of The Fallen is definitely the worst episode of all. 

Alien invasion in the big city, sounds similar to the "recycle" idea but this can be amazing when it added in a fresh deception involving the workship between humans and Decepticons. It might sounds ridiculous somehow in the sense of logic. Captivating and executing citizens in open area are indeed horrible. What left is the sad stories that can touch deep inside your heart only if it is catalysed by Linkin Park's Iridescent. 

3D effects:

Sparks, flames, dusts, lights, shattering of glasses, even subtitles are what I can get from 3D obviously. Those are minors, but listen to me, "No 3D movies are perfect without slow-mos".  The activating of Sentinel Prime's complicated pupil in the opening was awesome!!!! The destruction of sky scrapper by Driller was breath-taking as well!!!!!! The sliding down of concrete glass by a group of survivors was also holding a large suspense.





Cinematic: 
As I said, the relationships had fade, leaving an empty shell behind. The history of "Moon walking" can helps to enhance the epicness but it won't hold too long.

Conclusion:
So why not give it a try/chance for robots by watching it during the tide of Summer Blockbusters of the year? Experience the greatest moment of all. What can I say is "Only the 1st movie retains its own standard." 

I will vote a "No" for Michael Bay for next sequels. Speak after me, "No Please."

Let's not to be harsh on this movie but we must always remember when locate in any restaurant, Eat like a food critic, because we will never know when our opinions will be taken to make the key decision.

First Class Experience

I missed the premiere screening of X-men, it turns out good cause the movie ticket is not as nice as I picture. :D I'm still sad and felt wasted for my slogan:

I WANT TO EXPERIENCE THE GREATEST BIOLOGICAL EVOLUTION BEYOND HUMAN HISTORIES THAT COULD CONVINCE THE WORLD OF MUTANTS' EXISTENCE.

This time is quite different cause I watched it alone in Mid valley. But it doesn't really seems alone for me. I sat with two guys who are surprisingly also watching alone and of course with the companion of Blake for the half part of my day. Bumped into an old friend Chun Kit who I walked home with after the movie. Thanks so much!!! XD


Well, this is definitely a blockbuster movie. 2-hr-based movies are always worth the money. I LOVE IT!!!

This is the only X-movie that doesn't features Hugh Jackson as Wolverine, except for the uncredited few seconds scene which is surely the funniest part of all.

I like the group of Hellfire Club, they just remind me of how fun they can be if being a villain when move in a team as much as the X team. Bad guys just have more powerful stares.

There's also a major attachment of history and science. The World War III, Soviet Union are what I can recall but I'm really having interest to know more about the facts. Plus awesome fictional histories of X-men and of course the biological evolution which Professor X spends most of his time researching on.

That lifting up of a submarine scene by Magneto is magnificent!!!!! The slo-mo spinning of the fan!! Amazingly COOL!!! This reminds me of the Zeppelin in Sucker Punch. Both act as a very old transport appear in early World War.




And the excitement of hundred of missiles being launched at the same time!!!! XD





Actually, what comes to my mind when concludes this is: This is a story about Erik, despite having a deep brotherhood with Charles and it makes sense when the rumour talks about X-Men Origins: Magneto after the release of Wolverine's. I can tell when the movie starts with young Erik and ends with Magneto.

Watch it if you like: X-Men films or comics and if you are a BIG fan of X-Men.

"There were nine of us. Three are dead.... I guess you know the next line I'm gonna say. :P


Hmm.. Aliens (basically humans from another planet) who have superpowers, it is not a new thing for us but YOU'VE GOT TO see the INTENSE alien-gunfight scenes at the end of the movie. It is amazingly awesome!!!!!!! Well, I can say it is pretty much Michael Bay's.


Watch it if you like: Twilight (2008), Jumper (2008), and of course the original novel titled I Am Number Four by Pittacus Lore.


Went Pavilion for this movie (which is strongly recommended) with Blake and Fiona. Experienced 6-station Amazing Race in one day like never before. Totally fun but my leg pain getting worst which can be defined as The next level of pain.

Exploring many new places by sitting public rails according to Blake's guides. Let me try this: "I Am A Tourist From China." LOL! :P Taking HD pictures everywhere like a tourist (ignoring people's eye-watching), playing fish-eye effect and panorama "paranormal" with my new camera. It just got warmed up. It's all about the texture colour that produced by All Of The Lights. :D




Anyway, I feel energized and fresh every time I went KL. I've spent some quality time "studying" city life while at the same time, waiting for my SPM result, as everyone of my friends do.

The Revival Of My Life Thru My Blog (or vice versa)

March, is a new beginning for me.

Well to be honest, it doesn't seems really relaxing after ending my job. I bet it could take more time. But now, my condition is bad. I scare I'll get sick again.

1) Not enough sleep
2) My leg still pain
3) Whenever I look at those people who are working, I think that I'm useless.

My fear to take a bus, I hope it's decreasing. I still loving you, rapidKL.

That day I revisited the store, I just can't accept that I'm no longer a staff there. I'm a customer. That makes me.... sad. :"(

Better I skip this sad story.  

My mom told me to not to spend my money recklessly, can't simply buy anything I like such as some expensive stuffs that I wanted long time ago. Obviously, that means my wishlist don't turn out so good. Missed Jay Chou's concert 2times. :S

Just so you know, my stories couldn't get any better. 

But at least, I still spending my money for something else. (Winks)

The final blast starts this holidays. Not forget to mention that it's also Raya time for all Malays as well. SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI!!!!!!! MAAFKAN SAYE LOL

This September..

1) I owned my own bed and together with my bonus: my new room. It's a best word to call it Ice Surfer's. I love the PVC divan board.!!!! I can feel the smoothness of the material especially when it matches with my favourite colour. :P With a Tom & Jerry cover on it. :S All I wish is not to afraid of my room cause this sounds strange enough for everyone if I mention it.

It's my 1st time to sleep alone honestly. I AM SCARE OF DARK!!!!! :( What I can see obviously is the 3 rows of glass windows on top. ( when all lights are off ). I shall be used to it someday. I hope so. I just felt grateful to my mom and my dad very much. Thanks.



2) On September 4th, she's back!! LOL My lovely sister is back from Penang!!! I felt touched somehow after the reunion. T.T I still can see the scene of a dining table. A table of 4. Although it's just only for 2 weeks, but that's the moments we all never miss :D Welcome back again few months later!!!

3) Trust me, we really need a back-up plan for everything. :( No premiere passes = no special tickets and no digital invitation but I still love you Nuffnang!! Plan B failed again and this time is my unspeakable misery. No more raya movie ride after all. I shouldn't try watching movie on the 1st released day without booking any tickets at all cause.. this is a suicide mission. Sorry Xiang xiang. :(

Vampires Suck for the alternative. It is a funny yet stupid show indeed. I needed to forget this unsuccessful plan while regretting for what I've done at the same time.



All I am talking about, the movie I am desperately dying to watch is

RESIDENT EVIL: AFTERLIFE 3D!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is obviously produced for 3D and I'm FUCKED UP now. FUCK "18" rated.

It's time to make a clear plan before the massive brain-squeezing SPM and this is a rare outing to Pc fair at KLCC with new bunch of friends. Frankly speaking these are my awkward moments with them: Kok Siong, Hui Teng, Kok Hong, Timothy, Vingent and later on with Jia Hui and Kok Seng.


Highlight of the day, to me, to me, it's of course the early-bird movie ride at 11:30pm. Not forget to mention that the "getting there" was so easy and rapidly ( that's why it called rapidKL ) and I managed to collect our tickets 1 1/2 hours before the show starts ( which was really out of my expectation) . The plan goes smoothly as exactly what I can pictured, the scene was just fitted perfectly ( I have to mention this ) then there we go





A contemporary action packed movie by Angelina Jolie as a sexy dangerous Russian spy Evelyn Salt. For me, it's her ultimate moves that produced so far. We saw how she jump, fall off, and some trigger-pulling stunning stunts as she made her great escapes all the time. A tiny single move is enough to fascinate my visionary senses. The word 'espionage' to describe the whole plots. I like that word. :) Watch it if you like her very much ( cause it could makes you stunned about her appearances )

Speaking about salt, my mistake again: I FEEL LIKE WANNA PEE IN CINEMA AGAIN!!! Too much of drinking makes me less focusing on the last few minutes of conversation, perhaps scenes as well. DAMN SHIT!!! I'M HEREBY PROMISED I WON'T DO IT AGAIN!!!


Okay Okay to the next stop, Pc fair, skipped to the last part can I? I helped Hau Nung and Chai Yin to buy 8Gb Kingston punya pendrive. Mr Hao's 1st pendrive was delivered by me. LOL

The Karate kid has break through what I've expected. This is what I called a movie!!! Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan!!! In China, here's the story of hard work. And there's more, it's a remake!!! 4 thumbs up!!! The fighting scenes are not disappointing. It's superb.


I don't wanna go back to school!!!! I want freedom!! It's never too late to say that since I'm saying it every time? Anyway, Happy Fathers' Day for those who are really done a great job in lifetime.

"Summer" Sault

Summer has arrived. The best related event is Summer Vacation. A yes for me this time.

A "Go" button to Pulau Tioman for the second time without the companion of my main partner, my elder cousin :S

The return of August 2004 to Berjaya Resort. Still remember that time is Thomas Cup fever and of course "This Time for Africa" WAKAKA eh eh~ LOL

The thirst for my beach vacation is finally ended and even better cause it's on island.


Day 1: As last time, the process of 'Getting there" is hard and long way to go from here across Seremban to Mersing port in Johor. Driver should consume more caffein before driving. A rush to boat and it's about to play Iron Man 2!!! WOOT!! Low Quality piracy dvd =.=

Re-meeting the sea, my heart was pounding. Hey Sunshine too. First day is warming up. Not until the very next day.

Day 2: The peak of the peak. Hitting the sea on morning. It's just scuba floating, not scuba diving. LOL!! The day when I get free maximum sun-tanning session. WOOT!! Sunburn and Pain. But it's too fun.

Day 3: Dull day. Back Home. Long wait for boat. And that day marks the most number of stars I can watch up in the sky at night. So great.

My most anticipated movie of the year!!!!

IRON MAN 2 : WAR MACHINES


For our special way to remember it, I chose to watch it on premiere. I won passes on hitz.fm for the movie and I felt WOOT! I have lots more to tell.

Thirsting for over many months since the 1st teaser is out and keeping me resist on watching it for n times before I lost my hype.


WARNING: 10% of spoilers containing ahead.


Billionaire Iron Man Tony Stark is finally back!! As usual he rocks every time especially in the best scene of my choice. Wearing portable suit armor readily to blast in race track. OMG!!!!!!


With Mickey Rourke as the main villain Ivan Vanko ( nice name) a.k.a Whiplash which is my biggest reason to watch how he rocks after in film Wrestler. Extremely love the electric whip on his hands. DAMN COOL!
As in comics, his hair is all tied up. Meaning that even his weapon structure on his body has been modified for even advanced look or suiting the scenes. I love it. Keep rocking as Rourke.







And also red-haired Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow. Thought that she's a spare villain =D . Not even anymore when she proved she can clamp people and fight like a spider. Natasha Romanoff! COOL!







Last but not least. War Machine. The best side-kick for iron man and appeared earlier than Christopher Nolan's future Robin. The caption for war machine, it's the great thing on promoting the second movie, and it works, try believe me. LOL!


Overall the movie, it's superb and worth to watch for everyone. Must watch!!!

And it doesn't make me wait or call-in like a freak ( as in nervous or desperate ) for the whole week. Blakey Fish has introduced me to grab tickets on hitz.fm. A little cure for my movie thirst. Escapade entertainment.

1st movie ride for this year.

The 3rd Sam Worthington movie watched in cinema after Terminator: Salvation (my first ticket collected) and Avatar. Seems like supporting him so much.

Remake of 1981. Kraken got the best monster award by me!! LOL! Medusa is the sexiest snake in world! (with her hairstyle rocks) and so much for the myth! Great effects and action-packed scenes. Love it.

Actually, there's much uncomfortable when watching movie this time. I wanna pee!!!
No way I can enjoy it all. And I don't want to suffer it anymore. T.T.


Anyway, it has been a great day. Smooth bus ride. Game booths for Initial D racing and basketball shooting. 2nd bowling game of my life for gaining 64 weak points with only one strike ( the 2nd strike accumulated since the 1st time). Should get the evidence by photos. Having fun with the songs which cheer me up throughout the game. Special thanks to my only accompany, Kok Siong for our date. HAHAHA!

My first experience in stadium as a photographer (not exactly the professional one).

RACE 2: Redemption

First was 12 Rounds (2009). That was a disappointed moment. When downloaded just a movie trailer realizing after a second of viewing. Seriously dumb and thought that number start with a 9 is closer to the next unit. 95.24MB "is not equals to" 952.4MB!!!!!!! Make me wanna shout to my own face. Damn it. Soon and after, I'm kinda like the trailer. Visionary enjoyable. I'm dying to watch it arghhhhh.


The Hurt Locker (2008). Common cool title. Watching it by keep thinking that was an awards-winning production. Bomb killer. A real life and some sort of war's elements. They got guts to do this. We need a hero. Yes!






Speaking back of the redemption, is a speed redeeming project for Speed Racer. So long. And now the best friend of it's new member Star Trek. Good luck.

I can't wait for you all my little downloads. Time won't wait too. Our Chinese New Year won't even do that.

My fast-healing ulcers are making appearance close to the CNY. Maybe it's a rush to clean up everything before celebrating CNY. Yeah, cleaning the house. Buying new shirts. Cleaning up hands to receive BiG angpaus. The routine of my CNY ( traditional ):

Eve: Reunion at home and visiting for the starting point of grabbing angpaus.

Day 1: Suited up new LOL! Going back to Semenyih and chatting, eating, crapping until tired.

Day 2: KFC for branch!!!!! WOOHOO!! before going back to Kuang ( hometown ) YAY! with cousins and lots of fun. Spending overnights and sleep late. It ain't the closing mission of "The Angpaus". Not yet.

The sedimentation of season is always quite moody and dull. Dusty.

Run the show

Downloading movies are so much fascinating and also an arm race for me, just like Speed Racer on a track list. The highly recommended The Marine 2 has uploaded on the movie web. Since the movie is highly recommended, the seeds seems much. Iron Man's sequel is gonna hit the cinema this April, it seems to have a little bit warm-up on the movie before "coming soon". Reruns.

Oh ya, my first time. The survivors that I mentioned, I have watched two of it. ( The winner of the race is Ironic )






Oh lord, it's hard to hunt this poster in bigger size. Yet, it's a great great poster.

John Cena had made a huge action at the screen in the first movie. Now the is second installment of The Marine, The Marine 2. We've got WWE's next fighter Ted DiBiase.

Using the Chinese web to download English movies. COOL! At least provided subtitles.

It took almost accumulated hours to finish the race after resuming for n th times. 1.0 Gb and 1.24 Gb. Bluray? That lucky? Somehow my first intended click was the Racer movie. This is the weakest one and the biggest Gb too.

The Amplitude of Downloads was the interesting part. It gets higher sometimes and that means the speed is faster XD COOL!

One of the remaining movies are still on the game. I would like to thank my friends, pros and also my cousin's initiative for telling and teaching me so much of this legal stuffs. Joining you'll soon again. At the moment preparing for the second race.
